[Goodies-dev] set cpu-freq

Hi list!

I've modified the CPU Frequency Plugin in order to be able to modify  
governors (and not just display them).
The code is not so nice, but it works. If someone wants to improve it, the  
attached patch could make a good start.
If you use the patch don't forget to chmod the file  
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor to be writable by  
the user.
