When I use display as text (not as icon) the width of panel button changes
width when I switch keyboard layout.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add US layout
2. add CZ layout
3. switch layout

Actual Results:  
Width of these text is not same -> every plug-in on panel shift its position a
bit.

Expected Results:  
Text with keyboard layout should be written with monospace font so it will not
change width anymore.
