adding xfce4-battery-panel to the panel cause a large increase of the wakeups
of acpi:

output of powertop [1]

Top causes for wakeups:
  47.2% ( 63.1)       <interrupt> : acpi 
  10.7% ( 14.3)   xfce4-battery-p : schedule_timeout (process_timeout)

expected: a refresh time between 1 and 5 s
