[Goodies-dev] Bug in xfce4-timer-plugin

Hello all!
I was not able to find xfce4-timer-plugin in Components under Xfce Panel
Plugins in bugzilla. So I'm writing here. Is code (xfcetimer.c:1174)

header = xfce_create_header (NULL, _(_("Xfce4 Timer Options")));

intentional? Shouldn't it be only

header = xfce_create_header (NULL, _("Xfce4 Timer Options"));
?
