When selecting "clear history" in clipman, the history is not entirely cleared.
This seems to be from certain software, such as Emacs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Emacs, copy some text
2. Check that text is in clipman
3. Choose clear history


Actual Results:  
Some items are still in clipman

Expected Results:  
Nothing should be in clipman
