[Goodies-dev] Time zone support for datetime

This patch adds the ability to choose a time zone in the datetime plugin.
There is a new entry in the properties, which takes a value for TZ such as
"America/Chicago".

Currently when you have two or more datetime plugins showing seconds they
do not always change second in sync. I'm not sure how to solve this yet.

I noticed that the patch tracker on berlios has some for datetime. Does
datetime have a maintainer?
