[Goodies-dev] ANN: xfce4-xkb-plugin version 0.4.2 released

This is a maintainance release. The changes are:

 * Fixed bug #2645 - plugin settings are now properly loaded from config
file, rather than always start with default values;
 * Fixed bug #2566 - el.png renamed to gr.png.
